Thank you so much for a wonderful meal yesterday evening- it was such a treat for us all – and a brilliant way to celebrate Sophie and Jonny’s engagement . The food was simply superb, and so beautifully presented (and served). We are still discussing which was our favourite course!

Having Chef Laurent come to our home to create a meal for my husbands’ birthday was by far the best present I could have given him. Our other guests were so very excited to have the chance to sample Laurent’s food after hearing so much about him from my visits to Casanis.
I discovered the complexity of Laurents cooking when I saw just how many containers of ingredients were required. It was like a ‘behind the scenes’ look at the techniques of an award winning chef. The food was exemplary and we also had the chance to see Laurent in action and ask questions. As a result, we came away with lots of top tips on how to cook food to keep in the best of the flavours.
I am already planning when I can next do a dinner a la Chef Laurent. Having Chef Laurent to your home is the easiest and most enjoyable way of having that special dinner party.

I wanted to thank you both for a truly wonderful evening, I cannot imagine a better way to have celebrated my birthday. The food was, (unsurprisingly), marvellous and the entire evening flowed beautifully, from canapés to dessert. All of our guests have expressed their delight at the dinner.
