Special Lunch or Dinners
- Chef will design a menu for you based on his Southern French cooking skills, discuss the facilities available at your home or venue and put together a price quotation
- We will send you a booking form with all the details and terms and conditions
- You can choose your own wine or we can purchase this for you
- Once everything is purchased for you and the ‘mis en place’ is pre-prepared, Chef will arrive at your home or venue ahead of the service time to finalise preparations and cook and serve your meal
- The maximum number of guests for à la carte lunch or dinner is twenty
Parties and events for larger groups
- Chef will design and tailor make Canapes for your guests
- We can arrange other catering arrangements for you

Demonstrations and Training
